Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: December 11, 2025
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations and our 1-month trial work for DIGICODX products and services (including subscriptions). This policy applies to customers in India and the United States. If you have questions, contact support@digicodx.com.
1. Trial Period
We offer a 1-month trial for selected services and products (as expressly stated on the service/product page). During the trial period, you can evaluate our product/service. The trial is available once per customer unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellation during Trial
You may cancel your trial anytime before the trial period ends via email to support@digicodx.com or via the account dashboard (if available). Cancellation during the trial will stop future billing; no charge will be made after cancellation.
3. Paid Subscriptions & One-time Purchases
For paid subscriptions and one-time purchases, cancellations and refunds are handled as follows:
- Subscriptions: Cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund prior billing unless a refund request is approved per section 5.
- One-time services or custom work: Refunds are considered case-by-case depending on delivery stage, contracted milestones and non-recoverable costs.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to refunds@digicodx.com with:
- Your full name and registered email.
- Order or invoice number.
- Reason for the refund request and supporting details.
- Any relevant screenshots, contract references or communication thread.
5. Refund Processing & Timeline
Once we receive a valid refund request, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
- Review the request and any supporting materials.
- Complete the refund decision and, if approved, process the refund within 7 calendar days.
The actual time until funds are visible in your account may vary depending on payment provider and bank processing times.
6. Partial Refunds & Deductions
For services already partially delivered or custom work, refunds (if any) may be prorated and may exclude costs for completed work, third-party fees, or other non-refundable expenses.
7. No Refunds for Abuse or Policy Violations
Refunds will not be issued for accounts or purchases suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, misuse, or fraudulent activity.
8. Play Store & App Store Considerations
If you subscribe or purchase via Google Play or Apple App Store, store billing rules may apply. For purchases made through those stores, you may need to request refunds via the store's purchase support flow. We will assist where possible, but final decisions for in-store purchases are subject to the store's refund policies.
9. Cross-border / Jurisdictional Notes (India & USA)
This policy is intended to be compatible with consumer protection requirements in India and the United States. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under local consumer protection laws. In India, certain statutory returns or remedies under consumer protection laws may apply. In the USA, state consumer protection laws and federal regulations may apply.
10. Billing Disputes & Chargebacks
If you submit a dispute to your payment provider (chargeback) before contacting us, please notify us at refunds@digicodx.com so we can assist and speed up resolution. Repeated or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional administrative fees.
