Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Digicodx Technologies Private Limited, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services and solutions. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be requested for our products or services.


1. Service Cancellation

a. Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a service by contacting us through email or our official support channels.
Cancellation terms may vary based on the nature of the service (development projects, subscriptions, digital products, or custom solutions).

b. Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a service or subscription under circumstances such as:

  • Violation of terms of service

  • Misuse of the platform/products

  • Non-payment or delayed payment

  • Technical or operational reasons

In such cases, clients will be notified prior to cancellation.


2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and customized IT services, refunds are processed under specific conditions:

a. No Refund on Completed Services

Payments for completed or delivered services, including software development, design, integration, consulting, or digital solutions, are non-refundable.

b. Subscription-Based Products

For SaaS or subscription services:

  • Refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle once access has been granted.

  • Clients may cancel future billing cycles at any time before the renewal date.

c. Advance Payments & Milestone Payments

Advance payments or milestone-based payments are used to initiate project work, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery. These payments are non-refundable once work on the milestone begins.

d. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a payment error or duplicate transaction occurs, clients may request a refund within 7 business days of the transaction date. Upon verification, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

e. Failure to Deliver Service

If Digicodx Technologies Private Limited is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal reasons, the client will be eligible for a full or partial refund, as applicable.


3. Project Delivery & Client Responsibilities

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

  • Client delays due to unavailable inputs, approvals, or credentials

  • Change in project scope after work has begun

  • Unclear or incomplete requirements

  • Dissatisfaction arising from client’s change of mind

  • Issues caused by third-party integrations, platforms, or dependencies


4. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited using the original mode of payment unless otherwise specified.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
